Depending on your preference, we will either dispatch a fresh unit or credit the funds back to your source account within five to seven working days.

Return Eligibility Guidelines

Review these criteria to ensure a smooth resolution.

Acceptable Conditions

Products exhibiting manufacturing flaws or transit damage
Receiving an incorrect color, size, or entirely different product
Merchandise kept in pristine condition alongside factory wrappers
Reported within 7 days of delivery

Non-Acceptable Conditions

Used or washed items, or missing packaging
Appeals submitted beyond the stipulated seven-day timeframe
Final-sale or clearance items (marked as such)
Damage from misuse or normal wear

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and checked, here's how the money comes back.

Prepaid orders

Refunded to your original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

COD Payments

We will request your banking coordinates or UPI address electronically. The transfer will then execute within a standard 5 to 7 weekday window.

Cancellation Of Order

Customers can cancel their transaction without penalties provided the parcel has not yet left our facility. Forward your cancellation request along with the specific transaction number to support@bareessential.co.

Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.
COD orders cancelled before dispatch will be cancelled at no cost.
Once a tracking number is generated and the package moves, immediate cancellation is impossible. Instead, simply decline the parcel upon arrival or file a standard return request later.
Rejecting a cash-on-delivery package at your doorstep triggers a ₹100 logistics penalty, which we will subtract from future store credits or reimbursements.
